TERMS & CONDITIONS – Sweet Spot Selfie Challenge

1. Eligibility

   • Open to all UK residents.

   • Under 18s may enter with parental or guardian consent.

   • One entry per purchase at Kaspa’s Dover.

2. How to Enter

   • Purchase any item from Kaspa’s St James Dover between 25th June and 31st July 2025.

   • Take a selfie or photo inside Kaspa’s with your order.

   • Post your photo to Facebook or Instagram and tell us why you love Kaspa’s whilst using #KaspasDover and tagging @stjamesdover.

   • Your social media profile must be public for the entry to be visible.

3. Prizes

   • 1x winner will receive a £100 voucher for a St James Dover store of their choice (subject to store availability and voucher options).

   • 5x runners-up will receive £10 Kaspa’s Dover vouchers.

   • Winners will be selected based on the creativity and/or originality of their photo.

4. Closing Date

   • The competition closes at 11:59pm on 31st July 2025.

   • Winners will be contacted via direct message or through tagged post comments within 7 days of the closing date.

5. Claiming Prizes

   • Winners must respond within 7 days of being notified.

   • Runner-up voucher winners must provide a valid email address and/or phone number to receive their prize.

6. Photo Permissions

   • By entering, participants permit their photo and name (first name and initial only) to be shared by St James Dover and Kaspa’s Dover on social media, websites, and other marketing materials.

   • Photos may be used for promotional purposes after the competition has ended.

7. General

   • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

   • St James Dover and Kaspa’s Dover reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
