How Parking & Payment Works

Our car park uses Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) for a faster, easier and more secure parking experience.

Your number plate is recorded on entry and exit
Before leaving, enter your registration at any pay machine or use FlexPay (ReFlex AutoPay)
Your parking fee is calculated automatically
If your stay exceeds 24 hours, the standard 24-hour rate plus additional time will apply

Up to 1 hour free parking for account holders
Cheaper hourly tariff for all stays
Automatic billing based on ANPR entry & exit
Ideal for locals and regular visitors

If you prefer to pay on-site, all payment machines are card-only and support:

Accessible Parking

Blue Badge holders

Blue Badge holders benefit from up to 3 hours free parking. To activate your free period under the ANPR system:

Your Blue Badge must be clearly displayed
Scan the Blue Badge barcode at any pay machine or at the exit
If the barcode is not scanned, standard parking charges will apply

Do I need to get a ticket for my car?

Our ANPR system records your number plate on entry and exit. Simply enter your registration at a pay machine before you leave, or register for FlexPay (ReFlex AutoPay) for automatic payment. No paper ticket is required.

How do I get the Blue Badge free parking?

Display your Blue Badge clearly and scan the barcode on your badge at any pay machine or at the exit. This will apply up to 3 hours of free parking. If the badge is not scanned, standard charges will apply.

What happens if I stay longer than 24 hours?

If your stay exceeds 24 hours, you will be charged the standard 24-hour tariff plus the additional time used, calculated automatically by the ANPR system.

Is FlexPay worth it for me?
